The Crook County School District Board of Directors is seeking an educational leader with an outstanding record of achievement to serve as Superintendent beginning July 1, 2018. The School Board anticipates offering an annual base salary in the range of $130,000 to $150,000 plus benefits for the position. The District is governed by a five-member school board, which is supported by a community that values education. The staff is composed of approximately 165 licensed staff, 165 classified staff, and approximately 28 administrators, supervisors and district office staff.

The NW Promise Education Coordinator will support the implementation of the NW Promise program and post-secondary pathways services. Instructor - College of Education



Job Goal:

The College of Education invites applications for a part-time (0.49 FTE), 9-month, fixed-term professional faculty instructor position. Reappointment is at the discretion of the Dean.

The purpose of this Instructor position is to foster critical thinking, advance students’ knowledge, and develop skills through the teaching of Teacher Education discipline/courses and supervision of student teaching practical. The incumbent is expected to provide an intellectual foundation for teacher licensure candidates. The courses serve students in our Teaching Licensure programs.

This position will be based in the Portland, OR metro area and is responsible for teaching and supervising Masters students in the Teaching MAT program. This includes teaching E-campus hybrid or fully online courses. This is a teaching and advising-related appointment involving advising graduate students; participating in college and university service activities; pursuing professional development; and acting as a liaison with partnering school districts. The MAT Instructor delivers courses and supports development of courses that model the use of current research, a cohort learning model, equity and social justice within course design and facilitation. This instructor also promotes cross-cultural communication and collaboration for diverse learners.
